Process

How the work runs, step by step

Five steps from the first email to the monthly report. Nothing is built on top of a broken foundation, and no work starts before the scope and the number are agreed in writing.

Free check

You send your business name and website. You get a short email back with what is working, what is missing and the fixes that matter first. No call is required to get this, and no invoice follows it.

What you get

  • A written shortlist of findings across the profile, the map pack, the site and tracking.
  • The fixes worth doing first, in order.
  • An honest answer if you do not need paid help.

What we need from you

  • Your business name and website.
  • Your service area, described in your own words.

Priorities and plan

The findings get put in order for your market: what moves calls soonest, what waits, and what is not worth paying for. Scope and price follow from that, in writing.

What you get

  • A written scope: the work, the sequence and the number.
  • A list of what is not included, so nothing is assumed.

What we need from you

  • One call about your services and the work you want more of.
  • Your ad budget, if paid search is in scope.

Foundation

Google Business Profile, business details, structured data, tracking and the mobile call path are fixed first. Ads and content amplify whatever foundation exists, including a broken one.

What you get

  • Profile categories, services and service areas corrected.
  • Business details consistent across the site, the listings and the structured data.
  • Calls and forms counted from this point on.

What we need from you

  • Access to the Google Business Profile.
  • Access to the website and Google Search Console.

Coverage and paid search

Service pages, service area detail and Google Ads go up around the trades you want more of, in the order you chose.

What you get

  • One page per service worth selling, written for what callers actually ask.
  • Google Ads campaigns by intent, with negative keyword lists that block job seekers and do it yourself traffic.
  • Call reporting on the paths that matter.

What we need from you

  • Access to the ad account, or we set one up.
  • Photos of finished work.
  • The questions your callers ask before they book.

Monthly reporting rhythm

One monthly view of calls, forms, map pack positions and spend, with what changes next month and why. Decisions get written down so the following month is not a guess.

What you get

  • A monthly email with the numbers and the reasoning behind the next change.
  • Map pack positions for the searches you care about.
  • Spend and lead volume read together, not as separate reports.

What we need from you

  • A look at the report.
  • A reply when something in it looks wrong to you.

Timelines

What to expect, and when

Local rankings move with searcher proximity, competitor changes and algorithm updates, so these are ranges rather than promises. Anyone quoting a date for a map pack position is guessing.

Honest ranges, not commitments.
Profile and listing fixes Weeks for the first movement, where the profile had real gaps to close.
Service pages and content Months. New pages take time to be crawled, understood and trusted.
Reviews Months of consistent requests. Review volume follows jobs completed, not budget.
Map pack position Competitive. Three slots exist per search, and nobody can promise a position, including us.
Paid search Days to the first clicks, weeks before a cost per lead is meaningful enough to judge.

The work still decides the timeline. A profile with real gaps and a site with no service detail take longer than tuning work on foundations that are already sound.
