What the enquiry form collects

When you submit the form you provide your name, business name, email address, website and an optional message, plus the request type you select. That is the full list of what is collected from the form.

The form also records the referring page and the landing page you arrived on. Those are used to understand which pages produce enquiries, and they contain no personal information about you.

Who processes it

• Formspree processes the form submission and emails it. Formspree's own terms and privacy policy cover the handling of the submission on their systems.
• Cloudflare hosts this site and serves the pages. Cloudflare processes requests, including the IP address a request comes from, as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.
• Email is used to send the reply, so the details you send are also held in the mailbox that receives the enquiry.
• Google provides the analytics described below.

What the site does not do

• No advertising, remarketing or profiling cookies.
• No tracking pixels, session recording or heat mapping.
• No selling or renting of enquiry details to third parties.
• No newsletter subscription created by submitting the enquiry form.
• No personal details are placed in page URLs, sitemaps or structured data.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages produce enquiries. It sets first party cookies and records the pages you view, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and the site that referred you. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and no advertising or remarketing tag is loaded.

Google processes that data on its own infrastructure. To opt out, use your browser's tracking protection or a content blocker: the site works exactly the same either way.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept in the receiving mailbox and in Formspree for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the work discussed. Ask for deletion at any time and the enquiry details are removed, along with the Formspree submission where the retention period on the account still allows it.

Your choices

Email info@aptlocal.com to ask what has been stored about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Replies to deletion requests are sent within a few business days.

Calls and email

If you email or call directly, the details you provide are used for the same purpose: answering your question and, if you choose to work together, doing the work. Call tracking numbers are used on some client accounts, and any call recording is handled on the client's own phone system, not by this site.

Changes

If the way this site handles data changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes.
